Australians will naturally engage with those enterprises which deliver the best customer experiences. Hyro’s research shows that for the average enterprise, 40% of all customer engagement is now via the digital channel (websites, mobile sites, etc) while the remainder is divided between the traditional channels like advertising, retail or call centres.

In 2010 the digital channel has become the primary channel to customers. Consequently, understanding how digital customer experience affects an enterprise is more important than ever.

Hyro is Australia’s largest digital agency, and with 16 years experience is at the forefront of the digital industry. In this complimentary breakfast seminar, Hyro’s Digital Director, Mac Walker will focus on how digital customer experience should be managed to benefit your enterprise. In this session he will discuss:

  • The future of the enterprise and the digital channel
  • How to manage the strategy, design, technology and operational management of digital customer experience
  • A customer experience development process

There will also be liberty for you to collaborate and discuss opportunities and challenges with peers from other organisations in our Q & A session.
